Cancellation Request

Cancellations will only be accepted if the cancellation request is made prior to the order being dispatched. When your order ships, it is no longer possible to cancel it. Refund Procedure for Canceled Orders

Once your cancellation is accepted, we will proceed with a refund. Refunds are made through bank transfer. Customers must provide their bank account details securely so that we can proceed with the refund. Refunds generally take 5–7 business days after confirmation.

Non-Cancellable Scenarios

Orders that have shipped or have been delivered cannot be canceled. Furthermore, products that are custom-made or have been personalized can only be canceled if no preparation has been done. In any case, please expect changes in the Cancellation Policy.
