Refund Process

Any sum that gets approved as a refund shall be processed via bank transfer. In doing so, customers must correctly and securely provide bank account details. Refunds are usually made within 7-10 business days after approval. Kindly be informed that Gateauwala doesn't offer cash refunds.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds for orders that have been delivered as described and correct will not be made. In addition, any cancellations of orders that have been dispatched cannot be refunded.
